District Mental Health Programme
The District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) is a government initiative aimed at providing accessible, affordable, and comprehensive mental health care at the community level. The program focuses on early identification, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with mental health conditions while promoting awareness and reducing stigma.
Under DMHP, patients receive professional counseling, psychiatric consultation, and follow-up care. The program emphasizes community-based interventions, capacity building of healthcare workers, and outreach activities to ensure mental health services reach even remote areas.
Our hospital supports DMHP by offering psychiatric evaluation, therapy, and continuous monitoring for patients, along with family counseling and community awareness programs. Through these efforts, we aim to improve mental well-being, promote recovery, and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
